I bought several CD's of Native American flute music by some terrific artists while we were in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Soothing and restful music.
Well, that's unexpected! I gave my mom a CD of music by Carlos Nakai that she enjoys. I should borrow that back from her.
It's ok, because they do the rounds, town to town. They (or some like them) were in Nottingham a few months back. Photo somewhere on my blog. The music's ok in small doses, but it does sound the same after a while.
I bet the sound was incredible. And this is such a great shot- love the details.
Not a sight I would expect in Canterbury. Love the headress. Now that's a statement outfit.
Street Musicians are fun to watch/listen to. There aren't many around here, alas.
