M2 - Canterbury to Dover

I took this photo from a bridge in Stone Street, near Bygones.
It is of the M2 a motorway that starts and finishes in kent and it is also the only motorway in the country that doesn't meet any other motorway at a junction.
As if you were interested, lol!

Dover Road Park and Ride

As a very old city, Canterbury has a serious problem to accommodate all the cars that pours in at the weekends. So the Council decided to create a few Park and Ride carparks where you leave your car and catch a bus into the city centre.

It is all very efficient with the parking fees costing a lot less than the ones in town. The bus journey only take a few minutes and they drop you right in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, there is not always places for all the cars wanting to get into the carpark.

This is what Dover Road Park and Ride looks like on a Sunday.
