Gate near Seasalter

It is Saturday so I had to drive all the way to Whitstable.
Here is a gate I found in an area called Seasalter, one of my favourite spots around Whitstable and Canterbury.

Saturday in Whitstable

Every Saturday morning I have Chinese lessons in Whitstable. It is not a short drive so I often use the opportunity to take photos.
This one I took on my way home...
Are't I so luck for 'having' to travel in such a beautiful lane?

Oysters in Whitstable?

I have recently decided that I am in love with oysters. Don't take me worng, I have always like them but I had not realised that I adore them... adore adore adore.
And the best place to eat oysters around here is Wheelers Oyster Bar. A wonderful little restaurant where they serve the perfect oyster with the perfect service.
I'm hungry...

Theme Day: Best Picture

I love this picture. Not the technical aspects of it but the subject.
Today is Theme Day when most City Daily Bloggers blog about the same subject.

Dresses for Sale

I found this amazing second hand shop on the beach in Whitstable.
If they fitted me, I would have bought them all and asked if I could have the boat too!

Boat in Whitstable

As I walked on the beach in Whitstable a few days ago I saw this boat and the immediate thought that came to my mind was of freedom... I could feel the sunshine warming my skin and the cool breeze blowing on my face...
It must be wonderful to own a boat like that and take her out whenever you fancy...

Oysters in Whitstable

I finally found my way to Whitstable.
To ensure I had a real experience I sat down in a very welcoming restaurant - The Pearson's Arms Whitststable - and ordered 6 native oysters.
When the food arrived, it looked so yummy that I forgot to take a picture and by the time I remembered it was too late...
So instead you can have the shells!
