On Sunday, David and I went to Cafe Rouge for lunch and on the way out I took this picture.

From Thrusday 12th to Sunday 15th, Cafe Rouge offers you a three course meal for only £24.95.

Not a bad deal, is it?

Queen Elizabeth II

Today the Queen celebrates her 57th year in the throne.
I found this hassock in St Dunstan Church. It was knitted by local ladies to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.

Queen Victoria

Queen Victoria died on this day 108 years ago after ruling Britain for 63 years and seven months.

Althougth this shopping arcade was open in 1985, last year, it went through extensive refurbisment and it now houses the more expensive brands in Canterbury.
