I have never seen one of these before. It is a neat system.
I have seen rain gear machines that give out what looks like a plastic garbage bag with a hole in one end for the head to stick out.
I can imagine this would come in handy in merry old England. It beats a newspaper over the head anyday.
Is it disposible? I've never seen anything like this before. Wish I'd thought of it.
