Anyone who knows Walmer will tell me off and say that I should not be posting pictures of Walmer in a Canterbury blog because it is not part of Canterbury or anywhere near. My excuse is that firstly, there is no Walmer DP so I am not "invading" anyone's territory. Secondly, it is just a few miles from Canterbury and finally, it is such a beautiful place that I could not resist it.
A new photo of the beautiful city of Canterbury in Kent and surrounding area every day.

What a marvelous spot! No complaints from me, Rose. ;)
Can't ever have too many photos taken at castles. Now I have to google Walmer Castle to educate myself!!!
Hi Rose, A Great Photo. Your Bloggs are superb. I have started one myself. Just hope it can be half interesting as good as yours are.

Pfft, call it holiday travel photo. I like that chair, does it have any special significance (other than being part of a castle)?
A beautiful place !!
Like Knoxville girl, I would like to know more about this chair...
I do that all the time!
Yes, I'm interested to know more about the chair, too. And the brickwork behind the chair is interesting. Intriguing photo...
