Hut

Yesterday when I drove my son back to Canterbury we had a lot of diversion to avoid the floods and ended up going via one of the most picturesques country lanes in Canterbury.
This little shepperd hut is just one of the many features of the English countryside which my son and I admired on the way...

I'm glad you and your son enjoyed your detour! It does look lovely.

It's hard for me to accept a brick structure as a 'hut.' A hut to me would be made of bamboo and grass, or scrap wood, metal and cardboard! (I am so enjoying learning about so many things in CDP!)

How charming. Who does it belong to?
