Beautiful Sunday

This is Chillenden, a little village in the countryside a few miles from Canterbury.

This picture does not do justice to how beautiful and lovely this place really is.

Farming

Canterbury is surrounded by farming land and wherever you go you see signs of people growing food in their land.

I found this plough in Chillenden not far from the mill I showed you a few days ago.

Chillenden Mill

This is Chillenden Mill. Built in 1868 to replaced a former post mill. This iste has been a place for mills for over 500 years.
It is a Grade II listed building and is looked after by the Chillenden Mill Group.
