A few days ago, when I drove down Dover Road in Canterbury I spot this chair on the pavement. Luckily the traffic was still and I grabbed my camera and took a picture.

Wonderful photo! I thought the chair looked seat-less, and when I clicked on the photo, I saw that indeed it was. However that fact does not detract in the least from the impact of the photo. I'm glad to know that someone else keeps the camera nearby while driving!
I love incongrous images, items randonm and mysterious... Chairs on a street and such. I read of a strange art project once where the artist mounted speakers hidden in trees in a park, and picnicers and such would hear football games, children playing, lawn mowers running, though they were alone in the park. Neat...
