Lavender's green,
When I am king,
diddle diddle
You shall be queen.
This is one of my favourite nursery rhymes so I thought I would share it with you.
I took this photo on Sunday, 20th July when they were having a European Market in St George's Street.

I haven't heard that in years. adore lavender. It my cure all oil.
I used to have a record as a child that had "Lavender Blue" sung as a song. I can still remember the melody...
