This is one of the busiest areas of Canterbury.The only way to cross it day time without being killed is by using the subway underneath.

This is a fine photo of an important sign. Thank goodness there is a subway for pedestrians. About the meat/sausage--sorry I took your question so literally; thanks for your explanation.
